Terms and Conditions:

· Rental Cost and Hours: The total cost of your rental depends on the number of hours selected and the type of boat chosen. Each rental day spans from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on the same day. This cost covers the boat rental, VAT, post-checkout cleaning, and insurance for both boat and passengers. Fuel costs are not included.

· Age Restrictions: Only individuals aged 18 or older are permitted to rent and operate our boats. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent.

· Boat Capacity: Each boat has a maximum capacity limit. Please adhere to this limit to ensure the safety of all passengers and comply with maritime regulations.

· Boat Damage Policy: Any damages incurred to the boat during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter. This includes damages caused by negligence, misuse, or accidents. The renter may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

· Preparation Tips: Before your rental day, ensure you pack essential items such as sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, snacks, and plenty of water to stay hydrated during your adventure. Being prepared will help you make the most of your time on the water and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone onboard.

· Safety Equipment: All our boats are equipped with necessary safety equipment, including life jackets, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits, to ensure your safety during your rental period.

· Navigation Rules: Familiarize yourself with local navigation rules and regulations before setting sail to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.

· Boat Orientation: Upon arrival, our staff will provide a thorough orientation on the operation of the boat, including safety procedures and emergency protocols, to ensure you feel comfortable and confident during your rental.

· Emergency Contact Information: In case of emergencies or if you have any questions during your rental, we provide 24/7 customer support and emergency contact information for assistance.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

· Advance Booking: We recommend booking your rental in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and boat type. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

· Reservation Confirmation: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required. The remaining 70% must be paid on the rental day. A valid credit card with expiration date and security code is necessary for reservation purposes.

· Late Return Policy: A late return fee of ???€ will be applied if the boat is returned between 30 to 60 minutes past the agreed-upon time.

· Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least [insert number] days in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. · Alcohol Consumption: Operators are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol while operating the watercraft. Please act responsibly, as the same rules apply as driving on the road.

· Behaviour Expectations: Intoxicated or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated aboard our boats.
